Whole30ing with my daughter. So much easier - she made the kids pancakes; I made us a veggie omelet. Kids had p, b & j for lunch. We had a salad - mine just tuna over lettuce, hers tuna lettuce wrap. Daughter made Whole30 mayo - not bad . .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GbPF_rLpd9o. But so fun to do program in same house as someone else.
Tonight is the first night of Chanukah. Thank goodness traditional latkes (potato pancakes) are Whole30 compliant - potatoes, onions, eggs. Applesauce as well. Yum!
