December 15, 2015 (Day 15)

Today is shaping up to be a pretty boring day, but that's ok because I won't have to think about what to cook or eat but can be on auto pilot.

Breakfast: egg muffins (2) & raspberries

Lunch: salad with chicken; I had some leftover chicken in the freezer, so in an effort to eat less tuna (as daughter has been nagging me about it), I threw the cooked chicken on a salad with avocado, black olives & oil & vinegar dressing.



Snack: Apple with almond butter

Dinner: chili & salad

Today was one of the few days I felt hungry.  Maybe that fits in with the cravings the timeline notes on Days 12-15 or more likely "the part of the program where our minds try to drive us back to the comfort of the foods we used to know." Had some nuts in between meals which I generally don't do. Sticking with it! Goodnight Day 15.
