Half way there!! It hasn't been bad; I haven't cheated; we will hope for the same in the 2nd half.
I am back home so have more time to cook. For breakfast, I made Paleo Breakfast Muffins. The recipe makes 12 & I like that I can make a batch & have it for a few days. Also, good for grab and go. Since I keep Kosher, I had to leave out the sausage, but they were still good. Next time, I might add some ground beef. One tip: be sure to spray each muffin tin well. I was sort of hap hazard about it, so some stuck and others didn't.

New snack I found in Fresh Market - Crispy Fruit. They have many, many flavors - all fruit, nothing else. The servings are pretty small. Probably best saved for emergencies. I had one & still had my apple & almond butter.
Left over chili for dinner.
