December 5, 2015 (Day 5)

Secret to Whole30 - be in charge of 3 small children- in my case- grandkids. Between getting them breakfast & getting them dressed, grabbed a hard boiled egg & handful of nuts! Hoping I can find time for lunch salad so, if you are having trouble sticking with it - find some small kids.  Again, no real "dinner" because too tired after outing with kids & then getting the tired little ones to bed. Going to meal plan with daughter & have more regular meals this week.
