December 16, 2015 (day 16)

Monkey salad for breakfast. But then I had to take my car in because I was getting a low pressure warning. Was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours, sooo instead of sitting on my azzz, I went & walked for an hour. Don't know if I can credit Whole30 for this (I am a walker & fit bit fanatic), but it is a "non food victory." (Bonus, just a leak... fixed at no charge!)

Then on to the grocery store. I had my list and was astonished that 99% of my shopping was in the produce section.  The only things that were non produce were some paper products & tuna, olives, olive oil & balsamic vinegar, which I am using a ton of. My fantastic Whole30 cart:


Lunch was typical tuna over salad.

For dinner, I am making Seasoned Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans.  I ate this at my daughter's & it was delish so making it for hubby & me.  It is a really easy crock pot meal & in contrast to most crock pot meals, only takes 4 hours on high.
