December 21, 2015 (Day 21)

Just another Whole30 day.  Up early to exercise, so just had a Lara bar for breakfast. Lunch with my former partner - had spinach salad with egg & bacon. Leftover chili for dinner.

Feel like I am "snacking" too much - even though it is all Whole30 compliant.  Today I had dried mango, some cashews & apple with almond butter.  Guideline say try not to snack.  Am itching to find out if I've lost weight. Don't feel like I have.  :(
