December 31 (Day +1)

Okay, the verdict is in... lost a little over 6 pounds in the 30 days. Wish it had been more, but as you age you lose more slowly.  I think I am going to stay with the program, but maybe not as strictly. I've really loved not counting stuff and knowing exactly what to eat and not eat.  Thanks for all who've kept up with me. I'll update as warranted.
