I can't believe that it is Day 20 already. These 30 days have flown. This morning - Sunday - I had a leisurely breakfast with hubby - veggie omelet & home fries. Tip: the home fries take much longer than the omelet, so get them going first. Then 4 mile walk.

Recipe is a little bland - next time I will add some dill & way more salt, but crock pot is a great way to cook chicken soup (for a lot of folks) which I would not have thought of.
Wanted a hot beverage - other than coffee - after dinner and not being able to add sweetener to regular tea, I tried the Rooibos tea below. They had it at Trader Joe's and it is recommended in the Whole30 book. My review: meh, it's okay but nothing great. Still, it will do in a pinch.
