This doesn't really have much to do with Whole30, but the weather has finally turned cooler (40s - ha- this is Florida), and a group I sometimes walk with - Move Tallahassee- had a 4 mile walk around the FSU campus this morning. It was a great walk - students are gone, no parking problems, chatting with old friends & exercising too!
Then off to Trader Joe's to restock my pantry. Proud of myself that I did not even have to go to Publix. I hate grocery shopping at more than one place. Here is my TJ haul:
