December 4, 2015 (Day 4)
Feel ok this morning (but I surely need my coffee to "perk" me up). Off to NC (Lara Bars & almonds in my purse) for a week to visit daughter and grandkids, but it should be fine since daughter (& her great friends) are the ones who started me on Whole30. Their posts and recipes have been great.
Monkey Salad for breakfast. Then travelled to NC to help with 3 grandkids. Well that took my mind off food. Tuna salad for lunch. Then could not get baby to sleep so apple & almond butter for dinner.
